Shipping Policy
Every piece at Made For Purpose is thoughtfully handcrafted with love and prayer. Because of the care and dedication that goes into our creations, processing times may vary.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-14 business days for your handmade items to be created and prepared for dispatch. For bespoke or highly customized orders, this may take slightly longer, and we will keep you updated.
- Delivery Options: We will deliver the product to you if this option is selected.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your piece's journey to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Made For Purpose piece. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:
- Customer Damage: Please note that if the product is damaged from the customer's side, we will not be able to process a return or exchange.
- Refunds: Once a return is approved and processed, only the product fee will be refunded. The delivery fee is non-refundable.
- Bespoke & Custom Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bespoke, custom-sized, or personalized items, as these are made specifically to your requirements.
How to Process a Return
If your item is eligible for a return based on the policy above, please follow these steps:
- Initiate the Request: Email us at hello@mfpbrand.com within 14 days of your item being delivered. You must include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Review Process: We will review the reason, and if it is viable, we will process the return or discuss alternatives such as an exchange with you.
- Timeframe: Please note that return requests made after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
