Order Process & Wait Times
- Handmade Products: All products are handmade so there are wait times and queues for orders. It's a first come first serve basis and as previous orders get done, we go down the queue.
- Wait Times: Orders can and only will be made after raw materials have been delivered. The wait time starts counting from then. Please be PATIENT AND WAIT for your order. Pay attention to your wait time before you ask for your order please.
Communication
- Emails will be sent regularly to provide you with updates of your orders when they change so please keep an eye on your emails.
Shipping Policy
Every piece at Made For Purpose is thoughtfully handcrafted with love and prayer. Because of the care and dedication that goes into our creations, processing times may vary.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-4 weeks for your handmade items to be created and prepared for dispatch. For bespoke or highly customized orders, this may take slightly longer, and we will keep you updated.
- Delivery Options: We will deliver the product to you if this option is selected.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your piece's journey to you.
Cancellations & Returns Policy
- No Return Policy: There is a no return policy. Returns and refunds are currently not available. However, if you have any concerns with your piece, please feel free to reach out to us via email and we can see what we can do to help.
- Cancellations: If you want to cancel, this is only possible if we have not started making the order. If you cancel before then and the materials have been bought there will only be a partial refund.
